Fault originally occured when the owner was on holiday in Spain and drove over a big pothole. Owner then left the car at a spanish garage for 3 days to diagnose, and they advised the airbag ECU had crash data stored. Well, I took a gamble on the Spanish garage's advice and sent the airbag control module to have its crash data read/reset, but it didnt have any crash data stored! Chap loaded some crash data ok, then erased it again so it would seem the module is OK. Have double-double checked the wiring under the seats and the connector blocks have been removed and soldered back together (by the Spanish garage again). At a bit of a loss now, any more thoughts or advice (other than burn it!) before i send this to back Citroen (cant justify spending ££££'s on a new diagnostic kit just for one car). Knew there was a reason i stick to German cars....
