Hi Paul, Approx 30 hrs,engine out & strip down, there are three chains,Primary crank to intermidiate shaft & one to each bank. You need to treat as two seperate engines. Depending on how many miles it's done & what sort of life it's had could alter the job massively. For instance the main crank oil seal could be leaking(very common) & if it's had more than one fitted before it will need new crank cases(at which point your stuffed without special tools) Personally I wouldn't go near it unless it's your own car or you've got no work or any prospect of work in the near future. There are three tensioners which might be worth a punt but at that point you've bought the job if unsuccessful, so proceed with caution or it'll be one them cars you wish you never clapped eyes on. I might be able to get some diagrams/precedures/factory course notes but it will take some digging. Matt
