Never seen this problem, but know that if you change one or two injectors make sure they are the same class as the others (1,2 or 3 last digit on the part number on the top of the injector). You can also read the class number from the ECM monitor data with a suitable tool (MTPro, etc). If you change all the injectors, you will need to program the new class in (if its different).
