Used to do loads of these, but they are getting a bit long in the tooth now. I would think it's a fuse box fault, if you are ok with a soldering iron and have a fairly powerful one you should have no problems:- Check white label on front of fusebox if it has "LOW" printed on it the fusebox is almost certainly ok, If it has "HIGH" on it then it probably is faulty, there is a "MID" as well but my memory fails me here! If your testing leads you to the fusebox proceed as follows:- Disconnect battery. Remove fuse box. Note position of all fuses, relays and jumpers (phone camera is ideal, take piccies even if you do write it down!) Using small screwdriver unclip front cover and then top cover. Remove circuit board and check for dry/burnt joints(use magnifier). resolder joints as required. This is optional but, I then trace the problem tracks using a continuity tester and put a wire link as well, this helps share the current and prevent it re-offending, bear in mind that it is not possible to get at all the places you may need to solder and as result the joints may not be as good as you would like. Choose the wire with care, too fat and the lid does not fit. Re-assemble and test. Used to be able to do one in 1 1/2 hours. Good luck,Shaun
