    Hi.

    This sounds like a reluctor wheel that has gone out of shape (or wheel bearing with play in it).

    A scope test should show this but the timebase has to be set up to give a view of at least a couple of revolutions of the wheel.

    If the reluctor is definitely ok it could be a suspension issue - possibly a bush that's allowing movement of the whole hub assembly. Under braking the ABS system could see this as the wheel momentarily slowing down.
