Hello, recovered above car to garage with osf leading lower arm broken through ball joint wear. Replaced both lower arms & car drove ok until the driveshaft "popped" out of the diff whilst turning. On removing d/shaft & inner joint from diff the bearings came with it. The end of the shaft looks like it has sheared? Split ring is in place at rear of bearing which I assume is what holds the joint in situ? Can anybody help, would fitting new bearings (drive in fit) retain the joint in the diff? Thanks.
