Stuart fitted loads of these in situ. The bush easily knocks out with hammer and drift. I then pull the new bush in with a piece of threaded bar and two plates out of a bearing drift set. This takes me 20 mins no problem. I also do the Golf rear axle bush the same way, although they are more difficult. The tool that may solve all these bush problems is available from Sykes. Its a set of threaded bars with various size plates to pull and push them in. Their kit is the pro version of my tried and tested technique..
