Hi Simon, sorry my kts won't communicate with power steering ecu so can't check for codes. It is a Showa system not delphi, I have checked voltages (at main power cables running into motor), 0 volts with engine running and steering idle, voltage rises when the steering is turned. Voltage seems to vary depending on how fast you turn the steering wheel, average peak at "normal" speed seems to be approx 9v. We have another 2003 civic in at the moment and after driving that there isn't a huge difference, that one doesn't seem to centre properly also I would still say that the first one is more pronounced but maybe it's the way these things are? Doesn't feel right to me though so I'd like to look into it a bit further if possible.
