As Glyn said, corrosion behind sensor is common. Another fault is damaged magnets on wheel bearing caused by using too big a hammer when removing discs! Check with scope to see if there are any 'gaps' in the trace. Lastly, breaks in loom aren't unknown - usually the bit near the exhaust. Good luck Richard
