Hi guys, just a quick one... I have a rear floor panel to replace on a 200tdi disco... First one Ive tackled Im just wondering if anyone has done one and got any tips... ie, how much to remove etc etc. Its fairly rotten so I think the lot will have to come out but its spot welded on to crossmembers by about 100 spots! I have now bought a repair panel, complete , but too I was wondering whetheer you cut the lot out or weld it in on top of the old one. Im thinking strength as much as anything.?
As I say, just a general query but if someone has done them and got any tips Id appreciate it, thanks. Mike
