Hi Mike, Did you fit a Coil or coil and module assembly. ? I Wouldn't dream of fitting a coil on a VW without a matching module, I used to just replace the failed component, But you could guarantee that the vehicle would break down again within a few weeks or months with the Component failed again, So now if a coil or module fails, We fit the Coil/module kit, And luckily we have never had to change one under warranty which keeps the Customer and me happy.
