Had another Rover 400 Auto PGMFI today with same problem No security Comms with the 16 pin DLC
Thanks to Darren and Tony you were spot on with putting a +12v feed to pin 16 of the autodiagnos connector
Although I first used the power lead supplied by Autodiagnos to power up the handset there was still no comms until I put a +12v feed to pin 16 of the diagnostic connector
Well Done!
