There were a few Rovers that were sent out where Rover had forgot to Connect a Positive supply into the Diagnost Socket. All that was required to get around the problem was to connect a positive supply to pin 16. H.T.H. P.S. The One that we had with a missing feed was fitted with a Lucas 5AS Alarm box. ( can't Remember which engine was fitted ).
