above vehicle fixed
it turned out to be as we thought tdc sensor signals poor and low output.
even though the customer had changed the sensor with a new one !
on closer checking ie part numbers against engine numbers was found to be incorrect even though it looked identical .
anyway all fine now and just closing doors for xmas !!!
