So looks like these are active sensors, be aware that ECU may shut supply voltage down if it detects a circuit fault !
Best tested with a scope see what happens when key is cycled you can Also try checking voltage of known good and problem with sensors disconnected, that way both will have faults and ECU will apply same protocol to each,
Other must do test is load test wires (disconnected from ECU & Sensor) & check for short to earth and to each other.
