Peugeot wiring diagram I have suggests the single wire from the alternator goes to the engine ECU, doesn't split and go anywhere else !
If your looking at Autodata wiring diagram, I think that is suggesting that wire is either ECU or fusebox !
It would possiby have a LIN signal on that wire. Measured easily with the scope, if nothing on it, disconnect it from the alternator end and check again.
