What system are you getting the C1166 code? I'm not conversant with Renault, assuming it's abs, could the other switch data be in bcm or engine. At the point of trigger is it because the correlation with one of the other switches is incorrect?
E.g. the abs is seeing potentiometer movement, but engine ecu is still seeing clutch pedal pressed via bottom switch?
