Still struggling with this one....replaced the battery just to rule it out - still the same. Think we've found the cause of the problem, the alternator output voltage on a cold start morning fluctuates around 15V, all the vehicle electrics act up at this point, after a few mins the voltage comes down and everything starts to behave again. Replaced the alternator, still no improvement. Replace the module to control the glow plugs, still no improvement. How does the battery management system work, what controls it, where is the unit, anyone go a wiring diagram? Help please....
