I thought to contact them, it has Constables Mobility on it, converter or dealer, I don't know yet.
one other possibility that springs to mind is that the carbon canister valve may be stuck open although I doubt that even if it was I would get petrol to the manifold pipe. Never got any more time to look at it today though.
