I agree dealer tool is best way forward but just a couple of thoughts
Any live data available ? are code accurate when you disconnect pretensioners and drive air bag?
Auto data seems to list passenger air bag in locations & wiring diagram, so could be an option issue if definitely not fitted.
could not see SRS fault code on AD under vauxhall but are shown under traffic B0004 given as driver knee air bag cant see that it will have that if basic system.
