FIXED. Finally got hold of wiring diagram.there are 2 wires only between the UCH module behind fuse box and the ECU according to this diagram so tracing these 2 wires found 1 of the wires corroded inside the White plug at the bottom of the engine fusebox.
Only found it by really pulling on the wire you could just see a little bit of green corrosion on wirer.
