So long as the battery is absolutely identical in terms of CCA & Ah, you can try using the information off the original battery & changing the serial number by 1 on the last numerical digit. i.e if the serial is 350828S18T, try changing it to 350828S19T. The Battery monitoring ECU will notice the change & SHOULD let you code it in. We only fit genuine Audi branded batteries to these, saves all the aggro of trying to code in a battery that doesn't have the relevant & correct information for the coding. It's imperative the battery matches the information you input.
