Hi Peter.

On the tcm there are two lives,two earths, two can wires and a wire to the ecm. Have you load tested the live's and earths?

One of the live's is the brown/green from the front fuse box [f33 10a underbonnet]. They suffer from corroded wire's behind the front bumper if it goes that way.

Its easier just to check at the tcm [gearbox]

The other feed is f15 5a green/orange at the primary junction box. It also feeds the j gate.
