Citroen Berlingo 2003 - Water damaged BSI issue #

Year of Manufacture *: 2003

Hi all

I have a water damaged BSI currently at BBA for repair , they can repair it but say it has to be virginised ? Before it can be used again !
If that's the case can I get it re programmed myself using my DEC 2 ? And will I need a code or other data to do this ?
