Vehicle came into workshop with numerous dash lights on.Vehicle has been in accident and had new steering pump fitted.
air bag squib was damaged so replaced that and reset steering angle sensor.steering wheel controls work fine now.
problem still remains on steering code 00816 - Power Steering Sensor (G250): Open or Short to Plus.
I have checked wiring diagrams etc and saying it has a separate g250 sensor plugged in the pump/ecu. but no jack plug on ecu for it (3 pin)
so does it have a separate g250 sensor or am i on the wrong track.
VCDS says that there is no reference voltage too sensor (g250)
Can anyone shed any light on this little beauty
