We are all learning(even after all these years)if we have a problem with a certain make we try not to use the again. I realise the factor is directly responsible, I am just being patient the moment as they have promised that it will come to a satisfactory conclusion. BGA are being a bit arsey....wanting original invoice for the job ,head repair etc.All of which were supplied at claim time and subsequently a second time because they "lost" them.Has anyone had to make a claim like this before?
