I have just had a call back about the gearbox problem. They have found excessive wear on the fifth gear again and that they were now going to put in a different one used on a more heaver duty gearbox of the same type. Looking at the wear on the gear/hub assembly, it looks more like poor quality. This is now being taken up with Hyundai after a third time repair. This vehicle does set on the motor way a lot but it is never over loaded with the type of job the customer does.
