B connector, pin J1, red, is constant live from F1 (30a) engine relay plate 4.
C connector, pin D1, yellow, is ignition switched live, F5 (15amp) engine relay plate
C connector, pin H4 earth.
These are the connections needed for ecu to power up, If I read your post correctly, you've missed the constant live B, J1
