Perform diagnostic scan.
Stored diagnostic trouble codes:-
B1613 front airbag sensor initialization error

This vehicle was in the panel shop for minor front end damage .

They replaced the RH front crash sensor as a precaution .

Since the the SRS check light is on with above DTC.

Do new sensors have to be initialized somehow before they work.
Or could this just he a scan tool issue (Hanatech)?

I have checked wiring to SRS ECU and I have moved the sensor to the left side, the fault moves with it.

Any help would be greatly received
