Same as everyone else, first dealings about 8 years back, total cock up but they did refund witout question back then. Since then I have had customers who have had stuff go back 3 or 4 times untill it gets lost in the post!
Did actually have one sucess last year, when a garage I work for sent of a Lexus R300 ABS module that every one had turned down before I got to them. And to my supprise 2 weeks later it was returned and it worked!
So not all bad..... Just 99% bad!
