When it's been left a while after driving,start up and as soon as you drive off ABS/DSC light come on as voltage on control wire hits 17 ish (still holding the pattern) and amps hit 150 , now if you pull over the amps build as you rev, up to 150 again.
If the alternator gets 17-18 volts at it's control wire should the regulator not pull it back ???? I'm confused or is something suddenly demanding a really high current as you accelerate,then ecu say right give it everything ?????
All ideas and advice greatfully received.
