there is very little information in your first post, which is possibly the reason for lack of response.

I thought these (2003) where rotary VE pump, John indicates it is common rail. Please clarify which injection system is fitted.

I not convinced that that the p fault code you list relates injection pump or to your non start issue

Please don't contemplate spending customers money on a pump repair until fault is confirmed.
