I have had a few cars do the same, no matter what you try you just can't get a full pedal.
Try using the drivers seat and a bar to clamp the pedal to the floor and leave it overnight with the brake fluid lid off.
I havn't got a pressure bleeder but,
Up to now for me this method has got a 100% fix rate with these stubborn clutches.
