sounds like the ABS is receiving an incorrect signal and interpreting it as a skid situation.

Where the new parts O.E ?
Am i correct in thinking this has active sensors ? sorry I cant just remember.

(edit AD indicates these are inductive sensors)

If access is OK, start with a visual check of sensor air gaps, toothed wheel for condition and security etc.
Also tyres sizes / condition pressures.

After that a Scope on the sensor outputs would be the next step
