A few little things dont look right with your diagnosis. ?
Q. you say theres no 12v feed from the ecu to the relay. ??
A. The ecu does not feed the relay, The Main relay should have a permanent battery feed to the windings and contacts and the ecu earths the windings to switch the main relay on.
Have you tested the relay as if the main relay does not switch on then it will not put a feed to the fuel pump relay giving your exact problem. and the ecu cannot then send an immo signal recieved to the immo box.
Also the fault code...P1230, Power Supply Relay Secondary circuit low. sounds like faulty contacts in the main relay. ( or a blown fuse )
