Hi guys

I wondered if anybody could offer any advice on changing the origonal gearbox for a second hand one that the customer has supplied.

The problem with the old one is the diff has collapsed and broke through internally in the bell housing.

I under stand the clutch and gear changes are actuated via solenoids and wondered if I would need to recalibrate any of the gear changes or calibrate the clutch actuator.
or
Do I have to put the clutch actuator in a removal mode where it is then possible to take the box off without damaging anything.

I dont want to get my leg too far in if is going to be a pain, I have already warned the customer about using second hand parts and he is more than happy for the work to be carried out and has supplied his own gearbox.
