I don't know what your fault is but we have a customer with a fleet of these and we are forever replacing the injector seals, experience as shown us however that it is often the threads in the head for the clamp bolts that strip not the copper washer and we end up drilling and tappin for larger bolts!?! Just a word of warning incase that's your problem lol
