It will be the body module, nothing else it can be really.
It would seem that this car did something similar 18 months ago, but the customer is not sure of the details. I have never heard of this problem before but if it's not a common problem I would be tempted to fit a used module. If it is common a used module is not worth the risk. I don't want to fit a new module needlessely either.
I think system voltage is the big issue in a lot of cases like this, but it appears not in this case.
Unless anyone has experience of this then I guess time will tell.
