We replaced rear axle on a 2004 sw 2 weeks ago, supplied by IM Axles ( 01949 869600 )
Not the cheapest but good quality / guaranteed and available, they got our old unit back last Friday.
Used them twice after recommendation from this forum and more than satisfied, give them a call they may be able to help.
