Vauxhall - Disintegrating oil filters #

Year of Manufacture *: any (2005)

Have posted on this before but seems like it is still happening.

Paper oil filters disintegrating with very brittle paper.

the part number on the old filter in this case appears to be CH10246ECO (which looks like a Framm number)

The oil didnt look particularly dirty and the service book seemed up to date...

So much for extended service intervals I guess
