When new Throttle Body is fitted, do adaptions have to be set up with Renault Clip, or does it relearn while driving?

Are these Throttle Bodies generally problematic? Vehicle stalls from cold and has very uneven idle at 1200 revs.

2 faults in ECU: Camshaft Sensor and Speed Sensor.

Have gone through lots of checks.
