I have had time to drive this car today a little more.
The vibration can be felt in 4th gear 2000 rpm and causes the clutch pedal to flutter.
Further increases in torque/speed make it become worse.
My thoughts now are either a NSF drive shaft inner joint wear causing the engine unit to kick under load or a dual mass flywheel issue.
The vehicle has done 140k and the owner purchased it at 50k and no clutch replacement.
If anyone knows an experienced Honda tech would appreciate any further info/advice as its an un see able fault on inspection.
