Customer arrived back from 3 weeks in Monaco and battery is stone dead !

Opened d/door with emergency key, battery is in the boot which should but wont open with emergency key !!!!!

No jump lead connections under bonnet, tried powering up through ciggy lighter with battery pack to no avail.

Obviously I need to get the boot open any ideas would be welcome.
