No postcode is not an MOT failure.

Although I am a registered number plate supplier I dont make my own plates, so my supplier puts MY postcode on plates supplied to me and only requires my registration (licence) number for their records. Although a postcode is not an MOT requirement I believe that it is a requirement when supplying plates. Inspite of this I have on many occasions seen people selling number plates at large shows (Dorset steam fair etc) without asking for the correct documentation.
