In that case I don't know, I can only assume that the vehicle has two separate speed sensors.

One for the speedo and one for the Engine management system.

Although as I type, that sounds more lame the more I think about it.

Let's hope someone comes up with a better idea.

I own a couple of 25's for my sins, if I get time I will have a look and see if mine are the same and get back to you.
