hi. i have got in a v reg hyundai accent 1.3 12 valve petrol.
it came in with clutch slip under load. i stripped and rebuilt with cheap national clutch which was of a slightly different design to original, also replaced external slave cylinder due to fluid behind boot. i roadtested and within a couple of miles it began to slip again, i then replaced clutch kit again with a decent valeo kit and again it slips under load. i have tried the old cylinder to make sure it wasn't that and again still slipping. i can only put it down to the flywheel being worn??

any suggestion or even a flywheel thickness measurement would be greatly appreciated.
