I agree with everything Mark said.

I think so Eric. Lots of crickets. I am going to chime in however that may go.
First off I think the Commish did everything right and is acting as a Commish should.
I also was wondering if Mike was quitting as he had hintrd at earlier.
Saying that I believe Rowdy could have let Commish know of intentions and getting the OK. I believe with all of Mike's service to the league over the years it should be allowed. I just don't want a teenager who doesn't follow the NFL in league and is inactive. I doubt that's the case but wouldn't hurt to hear a little more about this. I think going forward anyone with similar intents should go through this with Commish and league first. That's just my two cents.

Everyone scared to talk about this?

I’m not sure if there is precedent for handing down a team, but the MWAC has a history of multiple family members being active members and I think that could be a good ruling for us. With that being said, similar to Paul and John I would like to know Nick’s age and interest in the league.

My son took over a team years ago but he went through the nominating process. If he's 16 or older; why not?

It sounds like Michael would like to have his son take over ownership of his team. I have not been around for many owner changes in MWAC. Is it acceptable for an owner to transfer ownership of their team to immediate family members? I am OK with it as long as this is viewed as acceptable practice by the rest of the league.
