I’m not sure if there is precedent for handing down a team, but the MWAC has a history of multiple family members being active members and I think that could be a good ruling for us. My son took over a team years ago but he went through the nominating process. If he's 16 or older; why not? Previous Message
It sounds like Michael would like to have his son take over ownership of his team. I have not been around for many owner changes in MWAC. Is it acceptable for an owner to transfer ownership of their team to immediate family members? I am OK with it as long as this is viewed as acceptable practice by the rest of the league.
