At one point, I might have jumped at this question (being unwise enough to think I could actually do something similar, having learned from someone in the past who was...not good for me...and many of us here know who I am talking about), but I have since then learned that nothing good comes from things like this. Death spells are a shot in the dark, better left for those who's traditions have a place for this and who know what they're doing...if that. And what kind of a person are you if you do them, or attempt them? Certainly not a good one. Remember what Gandalf said in Lord of the Rings, "Do not be so eager to deal out death and judgment, for even the very wise cannot see all ends." Seriously, this line of thought will only make you look like a crazy person, and though you've only written a few lines, you seem nice enough.
Learn from my mistakes. Stick to your morals and what you know to be right. Don't assume you have a power that a very scant amount of people on earth might have (though I doubt it), and certainly very few (if anyone) has a right to have.
If there is someone who is making you suffer, you certainly have the right to defend yourself, but you don't need to go so far as a spell for death which will a)probably not work or b)on the off chance it does work put you in a horrible karmic position. More effective steps would be to completely separate yourself from the person as much as possible, taking legal steps if necessary (if they're stalking you, for example). If you feel you need magickal help, check out "Protection and Reversal Magick" by Jason Miller. It's in many bookstores and is filled with magick that is geared towards self defense, and it's very well written.
Good luck in the future,
Kitty (Who probably said waaaaay too much)
