Individual Player Rankings

Just wondering if usssa does player rankings like other sanctions? I saw a guy playin e this weekend that don't belong in e. He hit up the middle a lot at my pitcher and almost took his arm off. He could hit the ball wherever he wanted so I know he did it on purpose. The left handed boy playing centerfield for bootleggers or something. Can you protest players that should be playing up?

e and e rec has come a long ways since i played it couple years ago , it seems that teams get tired of getting beat so they drop,i see c teams drop tp d , d teams drop to e and so on, i remeber that e and e rec were your basic league or church level teams , but not no more , bottom line is if your scared stay home then , so what you got beat by a beter team , go home and practice so you can get better and then maybe you can beat that team next time . the end

Zack Harris played centerfield for us and he's been playing rec the last two years. Look him up.

Ok so a few weeks ago people were upset that SBC/bootleggers were playing rec e. It was all on message board bump em up bump em up. So they get bumped to E. Now people talking about a single player????? Chucky you guys just can't catch a break.

What's funny is Zach played with Pitch Slappaz in rec at the big dog and no one complained about him lol. I played with him all last year with SBC and I would'nt say I'm good friends with him but Zach's a great guy. Can't believe he got attacked like this lmfao

Zach Harris is a machine. Great guy to be around and a pleasure to have on any team. I swear if people would practice more and talk less then there would be nothing to complain about. Guess it is off to the conference with you Zach.

If 7 out of 10 "E" players can hit the ball anywhere they want to then perhaps they are in the wrong class. I wish I knew where it was going 7 out of 10 times

Yeah I guess all players would like to be able to know where the ball is going so they could drop it in a hole every time, depends on the pitch most of the time. Also, I think the directors do an excellent job of monitoring things so you know they saying, if you can't stand the heat, get out the kitchen!

I didn't mean 7 out of ten players can get a base hit anytime they want but I do believe 7/10 playing e can hit to the left middle or the right side of the field when they want now whether it's a base hit or not is a different story.

That's worse for him. I thought I saw him playin in Wilson the other week with a Rec team. He hit the middle then too. He's better than most people on the field so he needs to be playing higher

I see he has a fan club I just don't think it's rite that a guy that gets on base 80% of the time that can run throw catch and so it all should be playing down. He needs to be in d or maybe c. That's why it's so much trouble with stacked teams now

I played with Zach and he is a great player with a great additude. But with that said 1 man doesn't make a team so quit crying buy a mask and shin guards and play your position. There are rec players that hit the middle harder then he can. Keep playing church ball during the week if you don't want your pitcher hit at. Play on Zack and do you bother!!!! Most people start in E building a team with people they know... (I dont know this guy or team or anything), but moving up "individually" is difficult for that individual pschologically if they don't know anyone on the team they'd be going to. Similarly, moving up "individually" is difficult unless you absolutely stand out or you do know someone that plays up. Therefore, if ya'll keep talking about him here people may pay attention and give him a shot.
So mission accomplished, maybe?

Not that he has a fan club but he is a good guy that yes can hit the ball just about where he wants but with that said I have seen rec players hit middle just as hard and nothing is ever said about it. Just as said before if you practice more maybe one day you can get on zach level. Hey Mr. Harris enjoy all the haters you got brother and keep doing ya thing.

Thanks for all the support everyone. Honestly, softball is a game to me and I just like to play with people I know. It doesn't matter whether it is in e or d or c or whatever. It's about having fun with friends to me.

One thing is for sure ,when someone goes from rec. to D his average is going down. Better pitchers, defense , etc...Did the rec. tournament get won by a team that has been playing E ? Just asking.

You come on here complaining about your pitcher getting hit at? Come on guy... Its a known fact if you do not want to get hit at DO NOT PITCH. I am a pitcher and I get hit at on the regular its part of the game. My brother was not out to cut your pitchers arm off regardless of what you might think. Just a little food for thought to end my rant. IF YOU PLAN ON PITCHING IN USSSA E CLASS BALL YOU BETTER SACK UP AND GET READY YOU WILL HAVE TO USE YOUR GLOVE.. If you are scared its best you find another position to play.

It is part of the game and in fact you will more likely get hit in the lower divisions. You stop the middle shots by hitting some of your own .Always works.

Like RNP1980 said he has and will play the middle...he also knows that playing the middle or whatever position its a chance to get hit....but love for the game outweighs that fear every time....Ive seen balls take bad hops and bust eyebrows open and cause concussions.....its all part of the game....i get as upset as the next person when i see pitchers get hit or hit at but sometimes its the pitch and it happens. Like someone else said, put your glove on it or get out of the way. Just my thoughts!

My boy Bo Leonard has pitched and fielded everything that was hit back up the middle. Also plays 3rd so try again buddy. Fact is you know what the risk is when you go to pitch so don't complain when you get hit at. I have pitched and expect for someone to hit middle and when it happens I don't complain about the caliber of player that hit it i go on with the game ready for the next man to do it.
